HOW OFTEN IS WATER DELIVERED?

We deliver water to homes and businesses on a bi-weekly rotation. Residential customers may simply remove the caps and leave their bottles outside for the driver on delivery day.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO PUT MY BOTTLES OUT?

You are always welcome to pick up water from our facility. We try our best to help our customers but it is not always possible to make a same day delivery or have the driver return the same day.

WHERE IS YOUR FACILITY LOCATED?
HOW OFTEN AM I BILLED?

We bill once every 30 days. Bills are typically generated after your last delivery date and are mailed on the first business day of the following month. All invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date.

CAN I PAY MY BILL ONLINE?

Unfortunately, we do not offer online payment as an option at this time.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Our office manager is available to assist you Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm.

You may pick up water from our facility during the following days and times:

  • Monday: 8am-5pm
  • Tuesday: 8am-6pm
  • Wednesday: 8am-5pm
  • Thursday: 8am-6pm
  • Friday: 8am-5pm
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR CONTRACTS?

At Dr. Stillwater Company, we don’t have contracts! ¬†There are no minimums to purchase and you may cancel at any time without penalty. ¬†What a deal!
